The National Alliance of Black Girl Beauty Foundation is a group of Black Professional Women from diverse businesses, acting as change agents, creating a safe place for healthy conversations that matter in our communities that aren’t normally discussed; while mentoring other Black women & girls helping them to RISE ABOVE their circumstances through economic empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, health & beauty and personal development. We promote member firms, community involvement, and create live social interactions that builds sisterhood, self-confidence and help change the narrative about Black women & girls. Atlanta, GA is our founding chapter and where our Headquarters is located.
MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Eligibility/Qualifications for Membership
- Must agree to act in accordance with the purposes and aims of the mission statement and vision
- Must be a woman of at least eighteen (25) years of age
- Must embrace the Mission and Purpose of the Alliance.
- Should have an interest and/or demonstrate evidence of service or leadership in the community
- Must be sponsored by two current Chapter members in “good standing”
MEMBERSHIP IS NOW OPEN!
| Chapter membership meetings are held on the 1st Friday of each month, September through June. There are no meetings in the month of July, August or December. Membership meetings are for paid members only and their guests. You do not have to be a member to attend NABGB events.
