Amanda and Uniquia Manigault are the founders of Black Girl Beauty Foundation and the National Alliance of Black Girl Beauty Foundation.
The mission of the National Alliance of Black Girl Beauty Foundation is to build its membership, so that we can service and continue to create a safe place for healthy conversations that matter in our communities that aren’t normally discussed; while mentoring other Black women & girls, helping them to RISE ABOVE their circumstances… We are looking for Black owned business owners who are experts in their industry and want to lead and guide other Black women and girls who are in less fortunate situations. If you are interested in starting a chapter in your city/state, then this may be the right fit for you. Sometimes you want to give back and be an impact on your community, but you just don’t have time to start and build. You can become a partner with the National Alliance of Black Girl Beauty Foundation, and we can help you establish the nonprofit side of your career.
The Innovative Membership is for visionary Black female business owners who are ready to lead outside of the business. Through our nonprofit, community and advocacy programs, companies ready to impact their communities and industry are joining this membership opportunity and connecting with like-minded business professionals as business change-makers around the world. This is a national membership opportunity where we educate, empower and inspire Black women and girls around the world. We start by building within our own communities through monthly meetups, empowerment meetings and chat groups talking about things that matter in our communities that aren’t normally discussed.
