 WE ONLY SERVICE THE SWANSEA/GASTON, LEXINGTON COUNTY COMMUNITY.
Register kids ages 0 – 12 yrs. old ONLY

Our resources are available to all in the designated area outlined above on a first-come first-serve basis equally without regard to their race, color, national origin, religion, or sex

Click on the button below to complete the form. Please ensure that you are only submitting for children that you have LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP.  Requests are screened upon submission, and duplicate requests will be rejected. Additional information may be required.

Upon submission of the form, you are stating that all information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.  Only one request may be submitted per child/family. You will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email prior to the event to confirm about the date for the event. Dates are subject to change prior to event.
